We offer a 100% refund on orders placed online if returns are made within 3 days from the date of the delivery. If you need to return the products purchased online from us for any reason, we will happily provide you with a 100% refund or exchange and shipping charges to and from will be on us.

Products purchased from retail stores can only be exchanged for 100% value if returned within 1 day from the date of purchased. You may exchange it for any other product from The 18 Lane online/retail store, No refunds on the customized/International and Coin Order returns. No Exchange on the International Orders.

1. For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.
2. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).
